? What payment options are available?
Depending on the terms of the service provider for a specific content, you will be offered the following options:
  • Advance payment through the Agency and the remaining amount at the meeting point
  • Payment of 100% of the price to the Agency immediately, or
  • Payment of 100% of the price to the service provider.

Payment to the Agency can be made with commonly accepted credit cards. Boats and trips use the WSPay secure system for online payments – real-time payment.

For payment of the remaining amount at the meeting point, cash is required.

? Can I pay by card at the meeting point?

Most service providers accept only cash payments, so please have cash ready for the payment at the meeting point.

? I received a voucher via email. Do I need to print it out?

The Agency will send the same voucher to the service provider – the boat oener, and he will expect you. It is not necessary to have a printed voucher upon arrival at meeting point. It is sufficient to arrive before departure time and show it on a mobile device or provide proof of the buyer’s identity with an appropriate document.

? Where exactly is the place of departure? Are there parking spaces nearby?

The place of departure is presented on the voucher map. Usually it is stated in the excursion description if there are any parking spaces near the meeting point. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us. Our destinations often have heavy traffic and congestion. Our recommendation is to avoid stress – take an extra half an hour and enjoy a relaxed trip.

? Is it allowed to bring a dog?

If your pet is part of your group, we recommend using the ” Pet friendly ” filter when selecting an experience, which means your dog is welcome and no additional charges are required. If there is no note regarding pets for the desired experience, please contact us in advance to check if there are suitable conditions for bringing your pet.

? I need to cancel my reservation. How does it work? Will there be any costs?

Boat trips can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, and other services at least 48 hours before departure, or according to the statement in the individual advertisement. To cancel a reservation, simply notify us by email at If you wish, we can offer you alternative dates or services, or we can refund the amount paid. The paid amount will be returned within 24 hours.

? I want to rent a boat, but I’m not sure if I have the appropriate license!

When sending request for rent, please specify which technical details interest you and discuss the details with the service provider before making a reservation. If you do not have the appropriate license, we can offer you a skipper service.
